Today’s feature is Southwest Airlines. The company managed to grow and perform excellent even when the airline industry was having a bad time. By their service excellence, see for example this video of a rapping flight attendant, and following the four principles described in Collins’ book ‘Good to Great’ they managed to become a super company.
